Reservation Policy:
Reservation is secured with a 50% deposit check which must be received within 4 days of the phone request to hold your dates. Balance and $250 security deposit are due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Contact us by phone about last minute reservations.
Arrival must be after 5:00 pm. Departure must be by 10:30 am. Special arrangements may be made in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the start of the scheduled visit will obtain a refund of the deposit, less $25.00. Cancellations made less than 21 days of the start of the scheduled visit will forfeit the entire deposit.
